TEPAL groups 14 Companies and 13 Associations of Telecommunication and Paid Television that belong to 16 different countries.

The Organization Statutes demand that the Member Associations and Companies are Telecommunication and Paid Television Operators and that they pay for the rights of the programming they broadcast in the systems they operate, thus observing legitimate proprietary rights.
